2017 was Awesome! Virginia Senior Photographer

2017 has flown by, and I like to take a look back and reflect on what happened over the past year to help me prepare for the year to come. Each year I get to meet more and more seniors and their families.  They are at a turning point in their lives and it is great to be part of that.  It's the point where childhood comes to an end and the road to adulthood begins.  I love being able to capture who they are in that moment before things start to change and big decisions start to be made.

Thank you to each and everyone of my clients!  I wish you all the best in the year to come!!

Jamie Softball - RHS - Virginia Senior Sports Portraits Alison Creasy Photography

My senior softball players are serious about their softball.  They play for their school in the spring and travel ball all year long.  This girl does just that.  She usually plays second when playing for Rustburg and pitches some on her travel team.  I really like how her slide came out.  It was dark by that time and I had to use my model light on my Einstein to see her to focus.

Thank you Jamie for asking me to capture your senior portraits.  Good luck in your Senior season.

Isaiah Baseball - RHS - Senior sports portrait Photographer

I know it seems that Baseball season is a long ways off, but just blink and it will be starting.  Isaiah plays outfield for Rustburg.  We met over the summer and got in his Baseball portraits while the fields were still looking good after the season was over.

I enjoyed working with Isaiah!  I've know his family for a long time and I am happy that they asked me to capture his senior portraits!  He is a very nice, polite young man.  Good luck in your upcoming senior baseball season!  Enjoy every bit of it, because it will be something you will look back on for years to come!

Ian Soccer - VES - Virginia Senior Photographer

Very happy with how Ian's soccer portraits turned out.  We shot at the VES fields and had direct sun at the goal for his portraits so we got awesome back lighting!  Then Ian did some juggling, dribbling, headers, and took some shots.  Thanks Ian for doing each skill multiple times so I could be sure I nailed it and could get different angles.  It's always good to get in some extra practice anyway!  Can I just say how much I loved the netting.  Those large heptagons were visually very nice to have for his portraits.

Thank you very much to Ian and his Mom for choosing me to shoot his senior portraits!  I really enjoyed working with you!  I hope these portraits are something you will be able to look back at years from now and remember how much you love playing!

Spencer Baseball - RHS - Virginia Senior Photographer

Over the summer we shot Spencer's baseball portraits!  I've shot three seniors on the Rustburg baseball team this year, so it was on me to not duplicate poses.  It's important to me to not give clients the same things.  Spencer was great a posing and being relaxed.  He plays outfield and it hard to believe it now but the season will be here before you know.

Good luck Spencer in your final baseball season.  Really enjoy it!
