Golden Puppy Mazie! - Virginia Pet Photographer

Meet Mazie!  The softest Golden Retriever puppy there ever was!  We did a two part session with her and did a few in studio and then some outside.  She did so well in studio with holding her sit long enough for me to click the shutter and following the treats!  So good!  Outside she was a wild child.  She ran, tumbled, ate sticks, and even stole the treat bag!  Two different looks but both so cute!  Just soak up the adorableness of Mazie!

Puppies! - Virginia Pet Photographer

I recently did a photoshoot of some puppies that were available for adoption from Friends of Campbell County Animal Shelter in order to help them find a home.  Duke is being adopted in a few days and Ginger has several interested.  As of today Amelia is still available.  They were constantly moving so I put them in a bucket and crate to slow them down for a second.  They are so adorable and I know they will make someone an awesome companion.

2017 was Awesome! Virginia Senior Photographer

2017 has flown by, and I like to take a look back and reflect on what happened over the past year to help me prepare for the year to come. Each year I get to meet more and more seniors and their families.  They are at a turning point in their lives and it is great to be part of that.  It's the point where childhood comes to an end and the road to adulthood begins.  I love being able to capture who they are in that moment before things start to change and big decisions start to be made.

Thank you to each and everyone of my clients!  I wish you all the best in the year to come!!

Adam - EC Glass - Winter Senior Portraits

Wonder how senior portraits in the winter will look?  Well, here you go!  They look great!  There is always great places to shoot no matter the season.  We shot these on the campus of Sweet Briar College and I had no problem finding interesting places to shoot.

This is Adam and he is a senior at EC Glass high school and he is my nephew.  It's so hard to believe he is a senior.  He will be the second of my nieces and nephews to graduate and time just keeps going by faster.  I am looking forward to watching him play his final season of Lacrosse this year!  He brought his dog Juneau along for a few pictures as well!
